The Cadillac Provoq is a concept vehicle produced by the company General Motors. The vehicle is intended to be a luxury crossover which was introduced in Las Vegas during the latter part of 2008. The car is cleverly fuelled by a hydrogen fuel cell and a lithium ion battery. The vehicle also includes solar panels which aid to power peripherals such as the radio, headlights and other modern technologies used within the vehicle.
The technology described above gives the vehicle and approximate range of 300 miles from the hydrogen cell, also it has been reported that the vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 60 in approximately 8.5 seconds with a top speed of 100 mph.

With more fuel stations providing hydrogen pumps this car becomes more and more practical in modern society. GM motors aim to produce this vehicle in 2009, however expect this model to come with a standard petrol or diesel engine as the hydrogen fuel system is still in development.
The Cadillac Provoq will come with a 3.6 L V6 engine which will use standard fuel, some of the features of the car include:

- Efron grill that opens when the fuel cells require cooling
- Input portswithin the dashboard for peripherals such as iPods and mobile phones
- A low drag roof rack
