The Citroen C2 is a supermini automobile that is made by Citroen. It was first unveiled in the year 2004. A completely different automobile that is based on the Peugeot 206 is sold in China under the C2 moniker.
Both the Citroen C2 and the C3 were meant to serve as replacements for the Citroen Saxo model. Both cars have different designs, which effectively enabled Citroen to grab different sub markets of the supermini class. Donato Coco designed the Citroen C2. The C3 was originally intended as a family vehicle, as it had five doors. The Citroen C2, however, is regarded as a car for new drivers, as it boasts flatter styling and only two doors, but comes with lower power.
The C2 is manufactured in many different versions. The most “no frills” version of the Citroen C2 is the L model, which comes with basic equipment, including black plastic bumpers.
In the year 2006, the Citroen C2 underwent a number of small changes. While the car looks the same on the outside, on the inside there has been a new electrical system installed, as well as a new stereo. Cosmetic changes have been made to the center console and the driver displays.
