The Hyundai Entourage is a minivan that is manufactured by the South Korean auto company Hyundai. It was first sold in the United States of America and Canada in the 2007 model year.
The Hyundai Entourage is based on the Kia Sedona, a vehicle that is currently in its second generation. The Hyundai Entourage was canceled in the year 2005, but later resurrected without having any affect on its ultimate introduction date. The production version of the Hyundai Entourage was first unveiled in the year 2006 at the Chicago Auto Show. The vehicle went on sale in April of that year.
The Hyundai Entourage comes powered by a 3.8 L Lambda V6 Configuration. This is the same Configuration that powers the Hyundai Azera luxury sedan. The only difference is that in the Hyundai Entourage, the power output has been reduced from two hundred sixty five to two hundred forty two hp.
The Hyundai Entourage can hold up to seven passengers. It comes with such optional perks as leather seating, reverse sensors, a six disc CD changer, climate control, and power sliding doors. The Hyundai Entourage is only available in extended length – there are no plans for a short wheelbase version at this moment.
