The Mercedes-Benz CLS Class is assembled by Chrysler and is an executive class car. The CLS concept was first introduced as a concept in the Frankfurt International Motor Show.
The car is based on the E class Sedan and is only 3 inches shorter in length. It has smaller rear doors and a teardrop kind of image which looks a bit like coupe’. It is a blend between the coupe’ and the sedan which offers the comforts of the sedan and the looks of a coupe’ A rare combination of beauty indeed. It has handsome alloy wheels, the standard head lights from Mercedes and over all sporty look.
There are two models available in the Mercedes-Benz CLS Class, the 350 in this model comes with a strong 3.5L V6 Configuration capable of delivering a272hp. The other is 500 which are capable of 306hp with its 5.6L V8 Configuration. Both come with 18 inch alloys. Seven speed automatic transmissions are standard in both the models and there is an option for a manual one too. Other qualities are speed sensitive steering and anti lock brakes, increased response time in the suspension. From the insides the car makes the Mercedes statement of being sophisticated and luxurious.
