The Mini Tahiti released in 1994 came with a 1275cc A series Configuration and with only a single HIF 44 carburetor. This had a performance inlet manifold and also a better up rated fuel needle.

The air filter was a performance K&N. It had a Full Cooper LCB system for the exhaust which had a big twin bore at the DTM center exit. This car came with an electric ignition and a four speed manual transmission. The suspension for the front and the rear were Hi-los and also a new feature of adjustable shock absorbers. It sported the Extremes tyres Astar. The Brake drums were on the rear and the discs in the front. Tahiti gets its name because the color the car sported was called the Tahiti Blue and today the Tahiti Blue almost has a much sought after name for the copper blue color.

The Tahiti Blue with a black top is common in the Mini Tahiti model. The interiors of the car come with the standard Tahiti LE seats. The interior handles are made of chrome and it has a black console with some additional switches. Speakers for music are mounted under the rear seat in the Mini Tahiti.
