The Japanese car company Suzuki, who are renowned for their small, practical cars have decided to manufacture a saloon. Below are the images of the new Kizashi saloon which had its debut at the Detroit motor show. The Kizashi is the first large car the company have produced in recent years, giving the company an extra sales market within the automotive sector.
The Kizashi will be a reasonably priced practical family saloon car, and will have strong rivalry from other saloons such as the legendary Ford Mondeo. In terms of size, it measures up to be a similar size to an Audi A4, and currently the standard model features a impressive 2.4 litre four cylinder engine, although there has been no word from Suzuki if there will be a range of engines to choose from. The Kizashi from a looks perspective doesn’t look like a typical saloon car, with huge alloys, and flamboyant styling is certainly captures the essence of Japanese styling.

The Kizashi is due to be put on sale in North America during the later months of this year, however a date on a UK release is yet to be announced.
