The Porsche Ruf RGT is a concept car from the Porsche Company which has a fair amount of changes and all these are being showcased in the car.
The Configuration which is used to high amount of revving is actually from the Porsche 911 and it is exactly the same Configuration. But the equipment it comes with is a dry sump lubrication which has separate oil tank so that they can make sure that there is oil supply to the Configuration at all times and also increase the reliability factor at the same time. When the Configuration is revving at high speeds it definitely is going to need oil constantly.
The Configuration has a capacity of 3.8L and the compression ratio is very high in this case and as much as 120:1. The Configuration can give out an increased output of 445 bhp at 7600 rpm. The car can reach 0-62 mph within 4.2 seconds and a maximum speed of 125 mph in 13.5 seconds.
The Configuration is very spontaneous and highly responsive and the drive trine is provided to the rear wheel drive at a six speed transmission with a limited slip differential. The Porsche Ruf RGT has been prepared for the next set of world rally championships.
