The Skoda Tudor was first launched at the 2002 Geneva Motor show and the car derives its fundamentals from one of Skoda’s latest models and also has been named after one of their first coupes.
The Skoda Tudor is based on a lowered chassis with a superb performance and the styling features are borrowed from the biggest Skoda and also has been named after the Tudor from the 1940’s and 1950’s. The Skoda Tudor is a sporty two door car which comes with an all wheel drive system and an inbuilt ESP for a good almost perfect road handling ability.
The Drive train for the Skoda Tudor is from a V6 Configuration which has been strategically placed in the front of the vehicle and transversely mounted. It has a 2.7L displacement and comes with 4 valves per cylinder and a DOHC fuel injection. The gear box is a 5 speed manual which drives all the four wheels and the Configuration with this combination is expected to release 193 bhp power and the claims are that it can reach 0-60 mph in 7.9 seconds. The Skoda Tudor has recorded a top speed of 237 mph also which is amazing when the conditions are perfect of course.
