The Subaru Impreza WR1 is Subaru’s fastest car and the most impressive car so far. After Petter Solberg won the drivers title for Subaru the car manufacturers had no looking back in powering their cars to get the most out of them.
The current model Subaru Impreza WR1 can reach 0 to 60 mph in about 4.25 seconds which is a mind boggling achievement in the car world.
Technicians boast of logging 155 mph in about 12 seconds which the best of cars find it difficult to reach. The standard 265 horsepower output Subaru Impreza WR1 has even reached these speeds at 5.1 seconds. The peak power of the car can go up to 320 bhp at 5800 rpm. The car also features the DCCD or the Driver Control centre differential which is a small switch located next to the handbrake.
This gives the driver a choice to make a sharper turn or a straight stable driving depending on the circumstance. The car can also come to a default mode whenever the ignition is started. The car sports 18 inch alloy wheels from Pirelli PZero tyres and they have seven spokes. On the outers the vehicle sports the ice blue metallic driving lamps and a stainless steel grille. From the insides the Subaru Impreza WR1 sports a sporty look.
