The Toyota 4Runner is an extremely popular SUV in North America and few SUV’s enjoy this kind of attention. It was first launched in 1984 and the Toyota 4Runner is a complement to the Land cruiser.

Even when it was still an introductory model it was really rugged and tough for its size at that time. And over the period of time the Toyota has earned the reputation of being a dependable and a durable vehicle on road and off the road too.  In the 90’s there was a big SUV craze and Toyota came up with many more models in this line over the period.

So Toyota took the opportunity to bring the 4Runner into fore again by increasing the size, accompaniments and the price. The construction of the vehicle was however the same and the separating fact when compared to other SUV’s is that the Toyota 4Runner is very brawn.  Overall the Toyota 4Runner is a dependable vehicle and a good choice for people who seek this quality in a car because it is for everyday use, and rugged enough to take you on different terrains and is ideal for recreation.

This is what every family with children uses a car like this for and so this is an all purpose car for them.
