Volkswagen Rabbit

The Volkswagen Rabbit was introduced mid 2006 and has replaced the Golf. The Volkswagen Rabbit comes with a 5 cylinder engine and there is a choice of having a 2 door or a 4 door hatchback.

There are only three colors that the Volkswagen Rabbit is available in, Red, White and Grey.

It retains all the other features and specifications other than these. Americans have had a long love affair with the Volkswagen and due to the fuel prices some how this affair just sizzled out. But now the Volkswagen is all set to rekindle this love and an attempt is signified by the Volkswagen Rabbit. The 2.5 L engine in the Volkswagen Rabbit delivers nearly 150 horse power at a 170 lb-ft torque. The Rabbit is a front wheel drive with 6 speed tiptronic transmission or a 5 speed manual.

However the Volkswagen Rabbit comes in only one trim so take it or leave it attitude this one has. Standard equipment which comes along with the car are air conditioning, heated front seats only, CD changer, electronic stability control, and side curtain bags.  The Volkswagen Rabbit carries a bumper to bumper warranty for a good 4 years.
