The Volkswagen Touareg is a mid size SUV and is decently priced and fits most family’s needs.
The driving dynamics for the vehicle has been developed in collaboration with Porsche and also shares the same architecture as the Cayenne. There are three different engines Volkswagen Touareg comes with, 3.6L with V6 engine, 4.2L V8 engine, and the turbocharged V10 TDI.
The V 10 TDI is a turbo charged diesel version which can produce 310 horse power at 554 lb ft torque. All the engines come with a six speed automatic transmission. All these three different engines are associated with the Volkswagen Touareg for three different trim levels. This makes the Volkswagen Touareg really strong and gives it an off road ability like no other vehicle. It can go to places where other SUV’s cannot reach or dare not think. On the road it is really smooth even while down shift the cruise is extremely smooth and the luxurious interiors don’t let you feel the road and it is as though you are sailing.
