Aston Martin DB7 – Car Specifications

The Aston Martin DB7 model was manufactured as a grand tourer between the years 1994 and 2003. It was available in either convertible or coupé form. It was first unveiled in the year 1993 at the Geneva Motor Show.

A six-cylinder vehicle, the Aston Martin DB7 was intended as a replacement for the Aston Martin V8 car. It was placed just below the V8 Virage, a hand-built vehicle that had been introduced onto the market a few years prior.

With a design by Ian Callum, the DB7 from Aston Martin is widely considered to be one of the most gorgeous automobile designs of all time. The car is known internally as the NPX project.

In the year 1996, a convertible version of the Aston Martin DB7 known as the Volante was first shown at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan.
