The RS6 is a high-performing version of the Audi A6, a vehicle that features the Audi C5 car body style. The car was manufactured for a brief period between the years of 2003 and 2004. The second model of the car, the C5 RS6, was the second car model to come out of Audi’s Quattro GmbH.

The first model was the B5 RS4, which was first issued in the year 2001. The current model, as of the year 2006, is the B7 RS4. The Audi RS6 was the first Audi RS model to reach the United States of America and Canada.
